My research is located in the area of organizational behavior, or more precislely, in the area of group management and leadership.

 

I am interested in:

- shared leadership

- team cognitions

- diversity

 

 


Shared Leadership Study

In the process of my dissertation research, I am conducting the Shared Leadership Study with my supervisor, Prof. Dr. Boerner from the Chair of Management at the University of Konstanz.
